Conclusion

By defining a clear hierarchy of reading levels, a unified typographic and color system, and a common grid structure, the project transformed a fragmented set of editorial practices into a coherent, reusable framework. This allowed editorial teams to reduce ambiguity in layout decisions, speed up production workflows, and maintain a stable brand expression across markets.
More importantly, the system works as a thinking tool, not just a set of visual rules. It makes editorial decisions more explicit, reduces cognitive load for both designers and readers, and creates space for content to be prioritized rather than accumulated.
In this sense, the project is less about visual unification and more about building an infrastructure for editorial clarity, one that can evolve over time while preserving consistency, legibility, and meaning.
